Down to earth, approachable and able to work sympathetically to a brief , Teresa Wells has a successful track record working with national and internationally acclaimed clients, including, The BBC, Netflix, Juliet Sargeant, The Robert T Webb Sculpture Garden, Bodycote PLC, BLOCC Interiors (formerly Connections in Design Ltd), AK Designs LTd, Stonewater Homes Ltd, Shropshire County Council and numerous private clients.
Step 1
The process begins with an initial consultation to establish the client’s vision, project requirements, and budget parameters. A formal contract is then prepared, detailing the scope of work, staged payment schedule, and project methodology. At this stage, a site visit is typically recommended and, where available, site plans and relevant documentation are reviewed to ensure the design responds appropriately to its intended setting.
Step 2
Upon acceptance of the quotation, detailed design drawing(s) are prepared for the client's review and approval. Project lead times, production schedules, and key milestones including obtaining planning permission are then confirmed and communicated.
Step 3
A scale maquette is produced for the client’s review and approval prior to commencing work on the final sculpture. Once accepted, the full-scale clay model is developed and presented for further confirmation before the casting process begins. Throughout the project, Teresa coordinates transportation, lifting operations, and installation, ensuring compliance with site safety requirements and industry best practices.
